Amanda L. Smith, Esq., serves as the Director of Education and Legal-Technical Attorney for Lawyers With Purpose. As a national speaker, she trains attorneys across the country in the areas of Medicaid, Estate Planning, Elder Law, and Practice Proficiency.
Amanda received her Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law. She received a B. S. in Finance from Arkansas State University where she graduated cum laude. She is a member of the Texas Bar Association and admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Texas.
Amanda began her legal career practicing Estate Planning and Elder Law in Houston, Texas—a part of the country she will always hold close to her heart. Amanda currently resides in the suburbs of Washington, D.C., with her husband and three children.
