Phil Miner enjoys helping elder law and estate planning attorneys build successful practices and provide the best possible representation to their clients. Over the course of 10 years he has helped numerous attorneys achieve record revenues, greater efficiency, the successful implementation of effective systems and processes, and overcome the obstacles and challenges that prevent attorneys from striking the ideal balance between their professional and personal lives. He has accomplished this by teaching attorneys to properly utilize their database management systems and practice management software, track vital statistics and information, correctly analyze results to make better business decisions, and ultimately save both time and money.
Phil began his career in the legal industry as the Member Services Director for Medicaid Practice Systems. He is highly regarded by his clients and colleagues and has helped develop several educational programs for attorneys. This has led to Phil’s endorsement by a number of attorneys in the areas of elder law, estate planning, leadership and development, asset protection, small business development, Medicaid, and team building.
Phil received his bachelor’s degree in Business and Public Management from SUNY Institute of Technology in Marcy, New York. He has completed the Landmark Education Program, has taken several courses on communication, leadership and development, and has participated in some of the finest Medicaid and Elder law courses in the country.
While Phil is not an attorney, he has the experience and insight necessary to guide attorneys in their pursuit of success. He will listen to the challenges faced by you and your team with compassion, genuine caring and spiritual commitment. Then, he will provide the support and knowledge you need to solve problems and make breakthroughs. In short, Phil will inspire you to take effective action to build the practice—and perhaps, the personal life—you’ve always wanted.
