We’ll discuss the seven essential skills (four individual skills, three team skills) every successful firm needs; identify the skills your current team already has, the skills certain team members can exercise in new roles, and the skills that need to be hired; define the ASK model (Attitude, Skill, Knowledge); and distinguish between what you want and what your firm actually needs. We’ll work in groups to explore team dynamics, role discovery and the What’s On My Plate exercise. When you leave this session, you’ll take with you the knowledge and tools you need to build a proficient, successful team.
